The Things That Connect Us ft. Gabriel Durham
Dear God - maybe my most favorite conversation ever 🫧💜 It’s like a hug from the Universe and like rolling around in a warm bed of moss and like fresh baked cinnamon rolls. Join me in basking in the glow of amazing conversation with Gabriel Durham!
MEET GABRIEL DURHAM ~
Gabriel Durham is an Applied Anthropologist specializing in human adaptation, be that environmental (adaptation to climate change) or psychosocial (adaptation to stress). In an effort to go beyond academic research, his work focuses on application of adaptive techniques and methods to help people transcend the adaptive challenges of our age. This is reflected in his online identity "Nin-to-Zen", or "from surviving, to transcendence".
