Katie is a retired professional MMA fighter and brown belt in the 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu system. She teaches jiu-jitsu with her husband at 10th Planet Downtown Las Vegas and on their YouTube channel King Kneebar. Katie is still competing in her forties and uses her experiences to empower women especially in the context of martial arts.
