-Never taking time off⁣
-Feeling like you can’t stop bc there’s so much to do⁣
-Feeling like if you drop the ball you’ll be a disappointment and a failure and "just the worst”⁣
-Feeling like if you don’t respond to everyone’s messages within 6 hours that you’re not being “there” for them⁣

Intentional service is the opposite of that.⁣
⁣
Intentional service looks like…⁣
-Prioritizing time to recharge + center⁣
-Recognizing that your energy is precious + treating it as such⁣
-Trusting that your boundaries are serving BOTH you and your clients
-Trusting that the things your body needs aren’t frivolous. They're important and deserve to be honored + prioritized

When you step into intentional service, the game changes and you open yourself up to ACTUALLY give⁣
