Listen. I’m a firm believer that not every gym session will start great but literally every single one can become great. Calm down, I know I sound like a motivational speaker right now just hear me out.

Some days we feel like slugs. We’re humans, it’s part of the package deal. But what matters is what we DO when we feel like slugs. In fact, feeling like a slug/feeling some level of discomfort is a necessary pre-cursor to flow state.
