Chris is an ISSA certified personal trainer with Iron Will Gym. Heโs currently spearheading a new spin program at Iron Will Gym and also teaches spin classes at the University of Virginia. After his own journey of fitness that transformed him from 400 lbs + addicted to substances to living a vibrant, thriving life - heโs now passionate about helping others live their own vibrant, thriving lives.
